About PD Talent

PD Talent is a talent management agency representing 160+ creators across lifestyle, beauty, entertainment, sports and reality TV, including Bachelor Nation alumni, WAGs, celebrities and TV personalities. Our team of 30 handles brand partnerships, paid campaigns, gifting, affiliate and events for our clients, and we were ranked on the Inc. 5000 list.

The role

Our managers book the deals. Talent Coordinators make sure every one of them gets delivered on time and paid in full. You will own campaigns for a group of creators from signed agreement to final invoice, working directly with talent, brand marketing teams and agencies every day.

What you'll do

• Run execution on booked campaigns for your creators: briefs, timelines, deliverables and posting dates
• Collect drafts, route brand feedback and keep content moving through approvals
• Send live links, ad codes and partnership codes to brands as soon as content goes live
• Pull and submit post analytics and campaign recaps
• Hand completed campaigns to our accounting team with the billing details, POs and documents needed to invoice
• Work in brand and platform portals like Later, LTK and Obviously
• Coordinate gifting: talent addresses, shipments and tracking
• Keep our CRM and campaign trackers accurate and current
• Spot renewal opportunities and pass talent and brand feedback to managers
• Support pitches with casting grids and media kits

Who you are

• 1 to 3 years in influencer marketing, talent management, PR or a social agency
• You have executed creator campaigns end to end
• Highly organized and deadline driven, comfortable running many campaigns at once
• Clear, fast, professional writer who can manage high volume email
• Fluent in Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, ad codes, usage rights and whitelisting basics
• Comfortable in Google Sheets, Excel and a CRM
• Calm and client first with high profile talent

Bonus points

• Experience with Later, LTK, Obviously or similar creator platforms
• Experience with parenting, beauty, home or sports creators
• Canva skills

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus bonus

• Fully remote team with flexible hours
