Kitchen Installer / Finish Carpenter

Core Responsibilities

• Precision Installation: Measure, fit, and hang kitchen/bathroom cabinetry and install flawless crown molding and trim work.
• Blueprint Reading: Comfortably read, interpret, and execute layouts directly from design drawings.
• Client Interaction: Represent the company professionally on-site, communicating clearly and respectfully with homeowners.
• Problem Solving: Think on your feet to resolve on-site layout discrepancies or unexpected remodeling challenges safely and efficiently.
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven Experience: Solid background in professional kitchen/bathroom remodeling or high-end finish carpentry.
• Attention to Detail: A strict "measure twice, cut once" mentality with an eye for exact alignment and clean lines.
• Vehicle & Hand Tools: Must have your own reliable truck or van capable of transporting your personal hand tools to job sites.
• Teamwork: Ability to work smoothly alongside other trades and installers.

Bonus Skills:

• Ability to lay clean, professional tile.
• Basic, practical knowledge of minor residential electrical, plumbing, or flooring.

We are sub-contractor's for 9 Home Depot's, from Hagerstown to Washington DC. We install kitchens and bathrooms. We do everything there is to do in a kitchen or bathroom. We work 7:30a to 3:30p, Monday through Friday.
