Professional freight and delivery partners are used, and all furniture is inspected prior to shipping to minimize damages and ensure products meet customer expectations. The Role

The Paid Search Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive qualified traffic and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, conducting keyword and competitor research, and adjusting bids and ad copy to improve ROI. The Paid Search Team Lead will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and promotional strategies. The role also includes mentoring paid search specialists, implementing best practices, reporting on campaign results, and testing new strategies to enhance overall digital marketing performance.

What You’ll Do

\n
• Plan, build and optimize Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns across a large furniture catalog
\n
• Manage budgets and pacing against revenue and ROAS targets
\n
• Research keywords and competitors to find growth and wasted spend
\n
• Adjust bids, bid strategies and ad copy, and run structured tests on new approaches
\n
• Work with merchandising and sales to plan promotions, seasonal pushes and inventory priorities
\n
• Mentor paid search specialists, review their work and set team best practices
\n
• Report on performance and explain to leadership what’s working, what isn’t and what you’re changing
\n

What You Bring

\n
• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience, ideally in e-commerce or retail
\n
• Experience managing large budgets and product catalogs
\n
• Strong command of Shopping campaigns, product feeds and Merchant Center
\n
• Experience leading or mentoring other marketers
\n
• Clear communication with people who aren’t marketers
\n
• Innovative problem solver mindset
\n
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of numerous, fast-moving projects
\n
• A data-driven mindset with outstanding analytical skills 
\n

Nice to Have

\n
• Experience in home furnishings and/or high ticket items
\n

Salary

135-175k annual salary, commensurate with experience
